The Greater Hartford Coalition was created by regional healthcare providers with the objective of enhancing care delivery to the local population through information sharing and integration of care standards across the community. This alliance links many of the region’s most respected medical professional by means of evidence-based approaches to providing, measuring and improving care. Together, we expect to ensure consistency and continued improvement in medical practice throughout the greater Hartford community.
