The GHC received its tax exempt 501(c)3 status from the IRS, effective December 12, 2006. The Coalition remains focused on encouraging collaborative care management which will lead to efficient and effective quality patient care for shared patients in the Greater Hartford area.

The Greater Hartford Coalition will have opportunities to pursue grant opportunities available to organizations with a 501(c)3 status.
